Returns
You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days after receiving your order, without giving a reason. After notifying us of your withdrawal, you have another 14 days to return the product.
Products must be returned in their original condition. You may inspect the product as you would in a physical store, but you may be responsible for any loss in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to inspect it.
How do I request a return?
Please contact us through our Contact page before returning your order. Include your order number and the item(s) you would like to return. We will provide you with the applicable return instructions and return address.
Please do not return products to an address shown on a shipping label without contacting us first.
Return shipping costs
Unless the product is faulty, damaged, incorrect, or otherwise required by applicable law, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Damaged or incorrect items
Received an item that is damaged, defective or different from what you ordered? Please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photos of the item so we can help resolve the issue.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and processed, your refund will be issued using the original payment method. Refund processing times may depend on your payment provider.
